✨What is the processing time?✨
Buttons, stickers and most jewelry are usually shipped within a week of ordering. Handstamped jewelry may take up to 2 weeks.
✨How do I know when my order has shipped?✨
You should receive an email with your tracking number (all items are sent tracked!). If not, shoot me an email and we'll figure it out!
✨Do you ship internationally?✨
I do! All orders are shipped from Nashville, TN (USA). International orders can expect to pay $10 USD in shipping.
✨Can I combine orders?✨
Sure! I usually do this automatically, but if you want to send me a message to make sure I saw your multiple orders you can!
✨Something is wrong with my order!✨
Sorry to hear that! Start by sending me a message and we'll work from there. As a heads up, I accept returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery, as long as the items are in the same condition. Return shipping is provided by the customer. Your package can be cancelled any time before shipment. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis. If something happened to your package in shipping, please contact me as soon as possible!
✨How do pre-orders work?✨
Pre-orders are opened for items that would take a substantial amount of funds to produce. After these funds are gathered, the item goes in to production, which can take from 4-6 weeks. After I receive the item, it will be quality checked, packaged, and sent on its way to you.
Because of this, I ask that you be patient with the pre-order process! These items can't be made without your support!
